Update your means of payment!

We are updating our payment procedure in order to increase the level of service quality and enhance the security of the payment process.

Therefore we need to kindly ask you to re-enter your payment details on your nextbike account to continue using our service. You can update your payment details via the Nextbike app (Android or iOS) “Account Settings > Payment > VISA/MasterCard (Adyen) ” or via website through the “Payment > VISA/MasterCard (Adyen) “ menu.
