REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n

Registration is free; you simply need to deposit \u20ac1 to your account to verify your payment method, which you can use for future rides.<\/p>\n

RENTAL<\/h3>\n

Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically. <\/p>\n

PAUSE RIDE<\/h3>\n

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.<\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

Return the bike to an official station\u2014or, if it is already full, directly next to it\u2014and push down the small lever on the frame lock. We charge a service fee of \u20ac20 for returns made outside these designated locations. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Rent via app<\/h3>\n

Scan the QR code on the bike using the nextbike app and tap \"Rent\". You will receive a 4-digit lock code to enter on the bike computer. Then confirm by pressing \"OK\". The front fork lock will open automatically. <\/p>\n

Pause<\/h3>\n

Want to pause your ride without ending the rental? Press \"P\" or \"C\" on the bike computer and engage the fork lock. To resume riding, enter your 4-digit lock code. Please note that the rental continues while parked. <\/p>\n

Return<\/h3>\n

Return the bike to an official nextbike Klagenfurt station and engage the front fork lock; if the station is already full, you may also return the bike next to the station. Confirm the return by pressing \"OK\" on the bike computer and check your app to ensure the return was successful. If it was not, be sure to contact our customer service team.
