you have returned the bike improperly.<\/p>\n

Standard bikes have to be returned to one of the many nextbike Lower Austria stations.
\nCargobikes have to be returned to one of the two rental stations Altabachstra\u00dfe in Wiener Neustadt and M\u00fchlbach-Ost in St. P\u00f6lten.<\/p>\n

There is a regular fee of \u20ac20 per rental when returned improperly.<\/p>\n

You can still avoid the fee:
\nGo back to the bike and rent it again. Do not do this from afar, as the lock will open automatically with some bike types. The new rental will merge with the old one and the improper return fee will be cleared if you return the bike properly this time.<\/p>\n

You can see the final charges for your rentals in your rental history in your app or in your customer account via the website login.<\/p>\n

At stations<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n

You can return our\u00a0standard bikes<\/strong> to any official nextbike Lower Austria station within the city. Please make sure that the bike is parked in such a way that it does not obstruct anyone.<\/p>\n

Cargobikes may only be returned to one of the two rental stations Altabachstra\u00dfe in Wiener Neustadt and M\u00fchlbach-Ost in St. P\u00f6lten.<\/p>\n

Away from stations:<\/h5>\n

Bikes may not be returned away from official nextbike Lower Austria stations. There is no flexzone! For improper returns a fee of at least \u20ac20 will apply automatically.<\/p>\n

Due to slight GPS deviations, you may be charged a fee for inproper return even though you returned your bike at a station. No problem. Contact our hotline at 02742 22 99 01<\/a> or send us a message via app with your registered mobile phone number, respective bike number and a short description of the problem.
