Scan the QR code and start riding. When you reach your destination, simply drop off the bike at the nearest station—whether you're heading to work, university, or the lake. You can find e-bikes and e-cargo bikes at our mobility hubs.

Affordable and climate-friendly travel
Head to the city center or the lido without noise or exhaust fumes. Prices start at just €1.50 per half-hour. With a monthly or annual subscription, the first 30 minutes of every trip are free.

REGISTRATION
Registration is free; you simply need to deposit €1 to your account to verify your payment method, which you can use for future rides.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
Return the bike to an official station—or, if it is already full, directly next to it—and push down the small lever on the frame lock. We charge a service fee of €20 for returns made outside these designated locations.

Rent via app
Scan the QR code on the bike using the nextbike app and tap "Rent". You will receive a 4-digit lock code to enter on the bike computer. Then confirm by pressing "OK". The front fork lock will open automatically.
Pause
Want to pause your ride without ending the rental? Press "P" or "C" on the bike computer and engage the fork lock. To resume riding, enter your 4-digit lock code. Please note that the rental continues while parked.
Return
Return the bike to an official nextbike Klagenfurt station and engage the front fork lock; if the station is already full, you may also return the bike next to the station. Confirm the return by pressing "OK" on the bike computer and check your app to ensure the return was successful. If it was not, be sure to contact our customer service team. A service fee of at least €20 applies to returns made outside of designated stations.

Our tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. The tariffs apply in Klagenfurt. You can change the tariff in your app Wallet.
Basic tariff
€1,50/15 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. From the fifth hour onwards, the daily rate applies and you pay a maximum of €15/24 hours per rental.
Monthly subscription
€10/month
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at €1,50 (max. €11/24h).
Annual subscription
€59/year
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at €1,50 (max. €11/24h).
Basic tariff
€2,20/30 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. From the fifth hour onwards, the daily rate applies and you pay a maximum of €22/24 h per rental.
Monthly subscription
€12,50/month
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at € 2,20 (max. €17/24 h per rental)
Basic tariff
€2,50/30 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. From the fifth hour onwards, the daily rate applies and you pay a maximum of €25/24 hours per rental.
Monthly subscription
€15/month
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at €2,50. In addition, a discounted 24-hour rate (from the 5th hour onwards) of max. €20 applies.
